Material and Finishing selection:

Here, you have the flexibility to be as involved or as hands-off as you like. Whether you want to actively participate in choosing each element or prefer to leave the selections to us, we tailor the process to fit your comfort level. Once selections are approved, we handle the sourcing of furniture and materials. We ensure that everything is of the highest quality and meets your design specifications.
Space Planning:
Our designers consider the flow of movement, ensuring that spaces are not only visually pleasing but also practical for everyday use. We take into account factors such as traffic patterns, the scale of furnishings, and how you envision using each area .By creating a well organised layout, we enhance the overall experience of your space.
Lighting Design:
Our team will analyse how natural light interacts with your space throughout the day and following this will incorporate design elements that enhance its flow, such as strategically placed windows, skylights, and reflective surfaces. Additionally, we develop a comprehensive artificial lighting plan that includes ambient, task, and accent lighting, ensuring that every corner of your home is well-lit. Our goal is to create a harmonious lighting scheme enhances the overall ambiance of your environment.
Rendering:
Our team will finalise your complete complete design by integrating all elements into a comprehensive plan. This stage includes finalising layouts, specifications, and any necessary adjustments to ensure that your vision is brought to life.
Design Proposal:
We present our final concepts which include mood boards, floor plans, and 3D renderings (rennovation only) allowing you to fully visualise the space.
Client Feedback:
We value your input and will gather feedback to make any adjustments needed to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Procurement:
Ordering Materials and Furnishings: We source and order all selected items, streamlining the purchasing process. Vendor Coordination: We liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of all items.
